Great Wall of China

One could say that a major civil engineering works throughout history is the Great Wall of China. Yes, this majesty that has left aside the cruelty employed by the various dynasties ruling in its construction, save big curiosities such as:

• In its construction, killing more than 10 million workers, which are buried near the wall. For this reason the Great Wall of China is also known as the largest cemetery in the world.
